| Introduction | I am a proud Sconnie! I enjoy summers in WI but the winters are a bit long. Luckily, I have great friends who enjoy long weekend retreats and spontaneous field trips to shop and explore. I have 3 adult sons and 2 grandchildren, and a husband of 34 years who embraces my need to get away and defuse with my friends from time to time! I have been a pediatric nurse for most of my 38 year career. And my husband still thinks he can detect a child's temperature by placing his cheek on theirs. And he's usually right. Sigh. |
