Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Expandability hands down! If you are expandable, you can grow to include that which is new and different. You can make it part of who you are at a deeper level than those that are just flexible. To me, flexible means to bend to acceptance whereas expandability means to grow into something more.
