About me

GenderMale
OccupationProfessional Assassination
LocationCorydon, Indiana, United States
IntroductionNormal. Odd. Cultural. Worldly. Jaded in some places, tender in others. Pseudo-polyglot (illiterate in multiple tongues), prone to exploration of weird tangents. My personality would be best described as a blend of Siberian shaman, Grandpa Walton and Woody Allen. I like pitching a tent and laughing around a fire while passing a bottle of Boone's Farm. A good wine never hurt anyone. Neither, as far as I know, did Boone's. I know how to eat crow. I can deliver a calf or raise kittens on a bottle or prepare a nice meal. I kill bugs and do my own decorating (not with the bugs). Dogs and children love me because I look safe and gentle, the "protector" type -- which is true enough. I roll around on the floor with kids, making rough noises while being careful to hurt no one; yet I'd gladly evulse the arms of anyone abusive to kids or animals. I've got the size and skills to make that more than an idle threat. The quirky humor of Michael Nesmith and Monty Python appeal to me as much as the off-the-collar neural twitchings of Steven Wright and Ellen DeGeneres. I laugh; I cry; I feed on a regular basis. Despite all this, I lack the subtle sophistication of a "Baby-That-a-Way".
InterestsMany and myriad; a plethora of diversities. Bunches and bunches. Lots. Just oodles.
Favorite moviesI love movies nearly as much as I love books. It's in my nature to be a Man of Stories, ingesting and digesting new tales as they come my way, gleaning what I may from them.
Favorite musicNEARLY everything except modern "rap" which is no longer truly Rap at all, but rather an excuse to claiming to tote phat hips and push fat whips (that's the mild version). My tastes are a tad more attributed to TASTE.
Favorite booksRobert Holdstock, Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, Matthew Stover -- to only name a very few. These are my preferred light reading, however.
