| Introduction | Hi, thanks for stopping in. I pray that my blog will inspire others (especially woman) towards the Lord. (Titus 2:3-5) My name is Ila (pronounced like "eye-lah"; just in case you were wondering *smiles*). I have the most amazing man in my life, Marcus. We have been blessed by God; as we have a "fairy tale" relationship. He is everything to me. We just bought our first house together in October 2007. It's 100 years old! It needs some work & we are slowly getting that done...Takes some time (AND MONEY!), but overall things are going smoothly. When I grow up (*smiles*) I want to be a stay-at-home mom, a house-wife, and friend to all. So what if I don't want to be a doctor, or a nurse, or a psychologist...Don't judge me. I want to be what God says my role is. The bible says that a woman's role is to watch over her household, train her children, help her husband, and love her husband. "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." --Matthew 6:21 **Meaning, my treasure would be my husband, children, and home...So that is where my heart needs to be as well** |
