Introduction	I am married to a great guy..second for both of us. He has 3 super kids, 2 of whom are married, and have 3-1/2 grandkids. We are expecting a second grandaughter in March! We all love to cook and it is fun to all get together and create something special as a family. In December 2009, our daughter and son teamed up for a pilot on the Food Network called 24-Hour Restaurant. It was a contest to put together a restaurant in 24 hours. They won the grand prize of $10,000 and the pride of the family! We also love to entertain. We have a wonderful group of friends who enjoy getting together over wine and good food. There is always great conversation and laughing. We have shared so much with them, weddings, births, and now into retirements. We also adopted a kitty in October, 2008.Cassie is the little sunshine in every day and is definitely a momma's girl.But she also has my husband wound around her little paw! If I could do one thing, I would love to be an event planner or caterer! Appetizers are my favorite thing to make. I enjoy putting little things together and making them bite size.

Favorite Movies	The Namesake, The Kite Runner The Blind Side, Mr. Holland's Opus and The Wedding Crashers, The Producers. While I love a good story, I really like the crazy, silly movies that just make me laugh and those include ANYTHING with Adam Sandler, Will Farrell, Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson and Steve Carrell
Favorite Music	Love classical and light rock. Also love the old folk music. I have eclectic taste in music and enjoy almost everything.
Favorite Books	The Kite Runner, Three Cups of Tea. I also like to read biographies and books about other cultures
