| Introduction | My name is Jenni Case. I was born in Indiana and lived most of my life in wonderful Colorado. My Grandpa was a Pentecostal preacher from Kentucky. I grew up in the church some and loved listening to him preach. As a teen, I began to stray from God. I ran away from home at only 14 years old. I spent time on the streets, and in and out of many foster homes and institutions. I was pretty much on my own. At 18, I decided to get out of the “system” and do my own thing. I was never respectful of authority. I began partying and hanging out with the wrong people. Before I knew it, I was a stripper, a prostitute, and ended up getting involved in porn. I spent most of my adult life completely stuck in the sex industry. Time went by and things spiraled downward and out of control. I had hit bottom and had nowhere to go but up. Then, I had that moment of clarity. I realized my life was a mess but found hope in the Lord. I gave my life to Jesus and realized God was in control. Now I try to use my past experiences to help others in any way I can. This is the part in my life that I am really getting out of the boat. I will keep my eyes on Jesus because he will never leave me. |
