| Introduction | Over the years I have tried many things to lose weight. This blog is to make light of my endeavors and hopefully will help others that have struggled stay motivated. I am no weight loss expert but I do have extensive experience losing weight...and putting it back on. This is a manifesto of all the things I have learned and continue to learn. I started this blog at the request of my mom. She thinks I am funny. However my siblings and wife will probably say its because I don't get enough attention. |
