Introduction Executive Producer and Creator of "The Hip Hop TakeOver", an eleven year radio veteran. The HHTO is a yearly radio event created in maintaining and preserving the fundamental elements of Hip Hop, heard on WBAI 99.5 FM in New York since June of 2004. Each event has been from 15hours - 29 hours of pure Hip Hop. No commercials. We bring Hip Hop artist, DJ's, radio personalities, activist, journalist, historians, execs, etc., into one place to spread our love of Hip Hop to MILLIONS of listeners in the tri-state NY, NJ, and CT area, as well as over the web. I'm also a radio host of an early morning Wednesday music show, and daily morning announcer/anchor Monday thru Friday on WBAI; as well as fill in host for Imhotep Gary Byrd's "GBE", Friday evenings 7-9pm playing contemporary r&b as well as funk and soul classics. Worked for Inner City Broadcasting's 107.5 WBLS and 1190 WLIB as a board operator and Continuity Director from 2007 - 2010, in New York City. Also did voice overs for station promos, liners, and commercials, and specifically for WBLS' "The Quiet Storm" 7pm-midnite, Monday - Friday from 2009 - 2010.
