| Introduction | I am a missionary who has been led by the Lord Jesus into long term work in South Sudan, Africa. I met my wife in Borongole, South Sudan and we were married on July 30th, 2016 in the middle of civil war. God has blessed us with two children. South Sudan has been tormented by war for over 50 years, but I see hope as it is the Gospel which is transforming lives and families in the communities and villages of South Sudan. Our single desire is that the truths of God’s Word would be heard in a clear and understandable way through us - directed by the Holy Spirit to the hearts that need to receive him. in Joyce's words: “My major concern for my people back in S. Sudan is that they understand the True Gospel. It is NOT: If you do good, you will be saved; But to know that apart from the Mercy and Grace of God there is nothing we can do to be saved. We are weak all the time and need a Savior!” Joyce and I need the Lord to show us our blind spots to the Gospel - and through trials in our lives, He has begun to reveal to us the great love that is found in Jesus Christ. |
