| Introduction | Cliff Young (a.k.a. "The Minister of Culinary Awareness") relishes his 35+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, from humble beginnings as a dishwasher in a truck stop in Wichita Kansas to designing and building his own award-winning coffee houses in Southern California. He most recently hosted the multi-award winning television series Out To Eat which had been airing on local PBS in Southern California since 2008. Cliff now has many titles including: Restaurateur, television/radio personality, public speaker, writer, world traveler, gourmand, award winning coffee roaster/aficionado, the proud father of two teenage daughters and a resident of the Coachella Valley. This infamously quirky, witty host has become anything but pedestrian, as he continues to search out and introduce his devout viewers to the wild and the downright outrageous personalities and places that make the Coachella Valley a destination for millions of tourists and an awesome place to live year round! Young refuses to yield to middle age and boring food. |
