| Introduction | Mortals succumb to the outer crust But who cares for the inner core? Blessed be the ones who differ But the question that was impaling my mind was what my beloved would prefer?? Tis one of the reasons as to why my love for her was and is discreet But if our hearts do unite one day wouldnt the sculpture of our embrace look envious in clay She..the rose..and i..the thorns The rose becomes the thorn's honor but the thorn becomes the rose's disgrace How long am i to cower myself from this shroud of negativity All this doubts have left me levitating in an environment of confusion Failer in my attempts to establish the foundation of love Strikes as a blood stain Yet i allow myself to drown in the pool of desire..and never to refrain Will i enjoy the promises true love has to offer or will i naively devour the scraps deceite throws at me Never will i be enlightened in these relms But when time,moment and opportunity collide i shall galdly sow my seeds of love and obide and await........my fate... |
