Introduction	Greetings! I am happy you are here. Please let me tell you a little about my relationship with sewing. About twelve years ago I discovered a machine in my mother's possession-a sewing machine. She taught me the basics; my first project was a tiny bag. My next was a Laura Ingalls Wilder dress. Then a dress for an afternoon tea party. From there I went on to sew dresses for my cousins, my little sister's friends, and girls from church. I have made first Communion dresses, baptismal gowns, play dresses, dress-up dresses, fancy dresses, costumes, and a couple simple quilts. I am glad I was blessed with this talent which allows me to foster beauty and courage in the hearts of girls.
