Introduction	Visiting and being visited by family and friends on sunny porches is one of my favorite childhood memories. Nothing was so wonderfully relaxing and calming than helping snap beans, shell peas, fold laundry off the line, or play with babies on a sunny porch. Even more delightful was home-baked goodies with lemonade or sharing produce from gardens and orchards, and berries and grapes grown wild. Because I miss those days and wish I could share more memories like them, we have added a sunny porch to our home. The trouble is everyone's lives are busy and many live too far away. With family and friends on Facebook, I need to be on Facebook and with sport and work schedules a virtual refuge makes sense. These are the beginning stages for I still have the physical to maintain, but if you like these things as much as I do, you are invited to share a sweet slice of my life on My Sunny Porch.
