| Introduction | New Yorker my entire life except my college years in TX and a brief but life changing 4 months in AK. I am a triplet, a fact that I have always loved and have had fun with! Although I don't see how others think we look identical!? You decide, I'll post a pic sometime. I graduated UT @ Austin(Go Longhorns)and then decided to travel. Always had a love for Alaska; mountains and trees. So I took off for the open frontier on my own with a backpack and little money. I landed in the little town of Kenai looking for a job and ended up on a cold, long hours, slime line processing/grading fish for 4 months. This is where I met my husband, Ric, working as a fish plant mechanic. After 4 months of fish and living in the woods, I had to go home-NY. Ric offers me a ride back northeast and I accept. We never left NY again. After being engaged on the millenium, I married my Ric in 2005 in the NY ADKs after a long search for the perfect mountain wedding spot. And life goes on. I love being a Spec. Educ. Teacher in a HS Life Skills Prog. and coaching throwing on the Varsity Track & Field team. Friends and family are the most important things in my life. Life is good! |
