| Introduction | Lived 30 years in California as a computer specialist now staying in Bolivia to see relatives. This is to show my impressions on the state of the country after a long absence,compare both cultures and comment about things I find have changed for the good or went the wrong way. I will compare how many daily living issues are handled in both cultures. I should clarify that I am not a promoter/defender/fan of all things U.S. I will show criticism and praise to the way things work in both cultures without regard of who looks bad or good in my eyes.
