Introduction	I'm in my 20th year of teaching, 3rd year of Principalship and 10th year of leading in an Area School. A Health & PE teacher by trade, I spent the first 10 years of teaching in big secondary schools in Auckland and Wellington. But something has made me stay in Area Schools.
