Introduction	I have spent my entire career in the sales arena. My goals has always been to maximize the performance of my sales teams. As a result of my passion for building high performing sales teams I started the EcSELL Institute. EcSELL’s mission is “to create maximum, measurable increases in sales productivity”. EcSELL Institute helps accomplish this mission in many ways, but first and foremost by helping to develop the leadership skills and management acumen of those in sales management.
Interests	Sharing and educating VP Sales about a sciene-based understanding that sales production is a reflection of the leadership skills and management acumen of those in the sales management role.
