| Introduction | My real name is Aaron Holbrook. My wife's name is Annette, but in most of the posts, you will see her referred to simply as "Mommy." That's because we have five kids ranging in age from 11 down to two, so her identity is usually wrapped up in that role. By day I teach fourth and fifth graders at a local elementary school. I enjoy my job, but working with other people's kids all day sure makes me enjoy my own so much more! A a Christian father of five homeschooled children, it can be easy to get frustrated with the chaos of life. My family is not perfect. We most certainly have our trials, but my goal with this blog is to share with you some of the lighter moments that occur so often in our family. And when tough times hit, I'll share those too, but as I write, I'll look for the bright side and always try to see the silver lining.
