| Introduction | For almost three decades I was a shepherd, herding goats and riding horses, as well as growing a large organic garden which helped feed me as well as quite a few others. Now I'm older, still growing the big garden but no longer a shepherd (which I truly miss). With the extra time (no longer shepherding, milking goats, wrangling and riding horses) I write more, although I've been a writer since I was a teenager. My other great 'artistic' loves are photography (digital these days) and playing music on my keyboard, guitar and accordion. Life is good, living in my little cabin on the side of this big lonely mountain where grizzly bears and mountain lions keep company with all the other Earth Spirits. |
| Interests | Gardening, photography, writing, hiking, seeking higher realms, hotsprings, planets, the moon and the stars. |
| Favorite music | Eclectic likes, jazz impulses, rock overtones, folk lyrics, harmonious strings, moving choirs, heart throbbing drumbeats and didgeridoos. |
| Favorite books | Novels mainly, fiction mostly these days. However I constantly refer to my plant and herbal medicine books. Too many others to mention really. |
