| Introduction | I love cooking, but I love eating more. Food has been part of my growing up, my memories of my mum cooking for 100 without getting frazzled, and dad in the kitchen with his famous "Indian Fried Rice". One of four girls of Indian heritage, I have lived in 3 different countries. Born and brought up in Malawi (Africa) then moving to England in my teens and then to New Zealand in my twenties. Indian cooking is in my blood, its my heritage, but having lived in different countries the word fusion plays an epic role in my culinary journey.
