| Introduction | Hello! My name is Lucy Mills, I have been married for 33 years and have three grown children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren. I am the Director of the Global Academy for Energetic Education (www.gafee.org), where we offer Holistic and Energy Based classes including Polarity, Reflexology, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Herbal Education. I am a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP), Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) with Holistic Solutions Ohio (www.HolisticSolutionsOhio.com), and have also achieved a B.S. in Psychology and Counseling from Liberty University as well as an Associates Degree in Praise and Worship Music from World Harvest Bible College.This blog will explore the many options we have to get healthy and stay healthy from a Holistic ("whole") perspective which includes body, mind, soul, and spirit.
