| Introduction | I am 38 years old. I am married to a wonderful husband and have two beautiful girls, ages 4 and 8. I earned my BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. I worked in technology for 17 years, the last 10 years at Yahoo!. I retired a couple of months ago. When I quit working, I found that I had more time to focus on healthy eating. I am no longer eating on the run! I wanted to share my newly earned knowledge with others who are interested. |
