| Introduction | I feel clueless oftentimes, but I'm giving it my all to truly BE HERE, and the confounding holy MESS of experiences that have resulted is what I'd like to attempt to express and explore in this blog. Hopefully I'll do this coherently, but I'm not making any promises....Not sure what else to say about myself--my husband of 13 years, Dan, has unfailingly supported me through various bouts of depression and anxiety as I thrash around in resistance to life. I also find that the more I hang out with him the more I remember how much I like to hang out with him. We have two daughters whose bright faces, minds, bodies I find irresistible in their cute aliveness. I don't know anything else--I guess that's a good starting point. |
| Interests | Running, biking, swimming, gardening (though the garden's been more of a free-for-all weed fest the past couple years), nature, camping, exploring/travel (not that we do much of that these days), reading, writing, all things art (again, not much happening here of late), playing with my kids and husband of course, and generally living and being more fully on this lovely and agonizing life journey |
