| Introduction | I am happily adjusting to retired life in pursuit of a wildlife-friendly yard and am dreaming of places to take our new pop-up camper. The shining stars of my life are my grandchildren; imaginative play is our favorite. When weather is yukky, I plan to practice watercolor painting, and continue to learn new skills as a seamstress. I prefer the term "sewer" but it looks bad in print, I was a Medical Laboratory Scientist and Laboratory Educator at UPMC Hanover Hospital and still love to learn about all things science.
