Introduction	I am from the greater Boston area. I was born and raised into the restaurant industry. Where, I developed a passion and love for food. There is something about cooking that has always kept me hooked. It's a ritualistic art, in which the artist is paying homage to the ingredients. I'm amazed by the ways an ingredient in its most simplistic, raw form can be crafted into an intricate, spoonful of heaven. That is not only tantalizing to the taste buds, but also beautiful to look at. This fascination has driven me to find the most delicious and interesting bites out there. So that I may, experience all that each ingredient has to give. To this, I give dedication. In hopes, it will inspire the artist in you, as cooking has inspired me.
