| Introduction | I'm a professional violinist. Since 1966, I have performed with orchestras & chamber music groups & as a soloist. I played at Carnegie Hall. Professionally, I have performed at various locations in Washington, DC for big receptions, weddings, political fundraisers, etc. I also played in the Kennedy Center Opera House Orch. & the Filene Center Orch. at Wolf Trap Farm Park. I played (popular/Broadway tunes, strolling) on many occasions for the Gene Donati Orch. In NYC, I have played as a soloist at the Algonquin Hotel & with legendary "society" pianist Irving Fields at Nino's Tuscany Restaurant. I have also played "blues" violin with "Montana" in Baltimore, Md. I am eminently qualified in classical & popular "strolling" styles, & I also improvise. I also trained on voice for several years, & my experience there includes a performance under Leonard Bernstein. I've worked with many well-known conductors & celebrities including Leonard Bernstein, Alexander Schneider, Morton Gould, Beverly Sills, Anna Moffo, Rudolph Nureyev, Irving Fields, & Diana Ross, to name just a few.
