Believe in what you can do despite what you can't now, set a goal, draft a plan, work towards it and at the end, besides being an ironman physically, you would have attain mental endurance, discipline and perspective that you would otherwise not forged if you had not taken on this path. An attitude, nothing is impossible is what defines an ironman spirit, beating the odds. |
