| Introduction | Growing up my parents used to always quote Thicht Nhat Hanh (Nhất Hạnh), the Vietnamese Buddhist monk, telling me: "Live each moment as if it were your last". This is a difficult teaching to practice, because I'm always wasting time doing one thing or another, however it reminds me that I should always try my best to make sure that I am fully present and enjoying each passing moment. |
