Introduction	My name is Leilani McMillan. My daughter Temperance Porter was born with Microcephaly, therefore, she is quite delayed. At the age of 3, she is not talking, but is learning to communicate through signs. My son is Prince Malakai and he will be 5 in September. He knows a few signs and enjoys helping his sister learn more.
