| Introduction | I was born in Africa to a German mother. We lived in the bush. My Mum spend hours and hours teaching me all kinds of needlework skills. My grandmother was a seamstress, my great aunt was a seamstress. I could not escape becoming a needlewoman. My passion is knitting. I love it, am addicted to it and cannot live without it. I am an unadulterated Francophyle. I think the French should rule the world. Oh yes, and decorate it as well. |

| Favorite movies | The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Chocolat, Shawshank Redemption. All very predictable. I also love Family Guy. I'm not sure if that qualifies as a movie. |
