Introduction	Leslie started playing the violin at age 4 and continued through the Suzuki Method with Ramona Stirling until graduating at age 12. From then she studied with Jack Ashton of the Utah Symphony until she went away to college at BYU. She decided to study Music in college when she transfered to the University of Utah in 2000. She received a B.A. degree in Music and has been teaching the Suzuki Method every since. She has training with the SAA with notible teachers such as Linda Fiore, Ed Sprunger, and William Starr. She currently serves as President of the Suzuki Association of Utah and the Teacher Workshop Specialist at the Intermountain Suzuki String Institute. She owes all her success to her loving and supportive husband!
