| Introduction | Hello! Welcome! I'm Cynthia. Like many people today, I'm a bit overweight. Actually, I'm about 30 pounds heavier than I was 3 years ago. THIS weight HAS to GO! When my friend Mary invited me to attend her weight loss group, I said "yes". Desperation gives you the confidence and incentive to work on a better looking body. Today is the beginning of this weight loss program. Deciding to write about our group weight loss goals, shared stories, recipes and accomplishments should help me keep on track and attain my goals.
