Occupation	Pastor
Location	Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States
Introduction	We, along with Neland Ave. Christian Reformed Church, received a clergy renewal grant from Lilly Endowment to explore the theme of hopeful hospitably. Greg and I will spend most of November and December (2011) on the west coast (San Francisco to San Diego) and most of January and February in South Africa and countries in east Africa learning from churches, ministries, and leaders about community building and biblical hospitality. I, Ruth, am a pastor to Neland CRC and am blessed by this servant church, as well as by this gift of sabbatical.
