| Introduction | I love food. I make everything on here in my little Brooklyn apartment. I cook two or three new things a day for fun and for my friends who are always here to eat it. I take all my own photographs. Graduate of the French Culinary Intitute in New York City and have worked with many amazing chefs including Jacques Pepin, Cesare Casella and many others. I come from a very artistic and food-obssessed Ukrainian/Russian family and much of my culinary education is based in that. Hope you enjoy this. |
