| Introduction | We are currently looking for chef, home cooks, bloggers, and culinary professionals to join Project:Adobo to share their memories of Filipino food and adobo dishes. We all know that adobo is that dish that everyone loves even though it is made differently every single time. I would like to start a collection of pictures, recipes, and personal life experiences about this beloved dish and the people who create them. You can be an at-home cook or restaurant owner or maybe adobo is the only Filipino food you know how to make.
