| Introduction | I have been a knitter for over 20 years, having begun my passion for fiber arts as a crocheter. I also learned to spin yarn several years ago and have enjoyed working on my goal to perfect my skills in that craft as I have been doing with knitting and crochet. In my "real" life, I am a community college professor, a mother of two wonderful teens, and a person who strives to stay healthy through exercise (mostly running and strength training) and diet.
