| Introduction | I've managed to land myself a Research Experience for Undergrads, or REU, through the University of Florida, where I'm a student. My exciting location? The southern edge of South Carolina, at the Savannah River Site. As part of the Corridor Project, I'll spend 12 weeks catching Indigo Buntings and taking blood samples to see what they eat. Edit: Due to time constraints, I'm now working with fire ants. The project's going in the same direction, just in a different vehicle that's way easier to use. |
