Introduction	Hello! I'm the manager of Perry's Cider, I'm also the fourth generation of cider makers in my family to produce cider commercially at the family farm. Our aim as a cider company is to produce high quality Somerset Ciders with a high juice content and minimal intervention from ourselves and nasty ingredients. In fact we never use artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners and we would never use evil concentrate. We also hope to share and educate people in the exciting world of cider making. Hopefully this site will act as a diary of the cider-making year as well as a discussion platform for cider makers, cider connoisseurs and anyone interested in all things cidery.
