Introduction	Love food. Love good food. Spent nearly 10 years in France and got the best food education ever. Good food doesn't have to be complicated or expensive just healthy and tasty. That's why I started my company which is all about cooking with wood. Wood brings a back-to-nature look and taste to all food. I'm a food gadget junkie, I love to buy stuff to experiment with in the kitchen. You name it and I probably have it in my cupboard either unused for months or just for special occasions,but cooking with wood is different because you can use wood with most types of food for all types of meal.
