Our collective goal is to facilitate holistic, integrative healing, both for individuals and for our community. Founded by Lindsay Sharp in 2008, Enso's mission is to provide a nurturing, compassionate environment where people may come to center, heal, and renew. Through this work, we hope to inspire greater awareness of the incredible healing power of the body and mind, as well as the tremendous ability possessed by each of us to be our own best healer.
