| Introduction | Dr. Avneesh Gupte graduated from Neurosurgery in 2001 from King George Medical College,Mumbai. He is internationally renowned for his work in Pediatric Neurosurgery and spinal injury treatment. He is currently the Director and Head of Neurosurgery at the Noble Hospital in Pune, India. Over the past 2 years he has performed over 600 spinal surgeries at Noble and is considered a pioneer in stem cell research and treatment along with computer navigated brain surgery. He is well-versed with the venal angioplasty CCSVI treatment, having performed multiple surgeries, while keeping up with the latest research from the important European trials. Apart from his prolific surgical record, he is highly published world-wide and has won “Best Paper” Awards over the past several years.
