| Introduction | As a passionate conservationist, I have devoted over two decades of my career to the protection of the environment in Latin America. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in numerous countries including Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Chile, among others. In the last 15 years, I have held leadership positions where I spearheaded regional conservation projects that involved crucial scientific and research components. My experience includes supervising medium-sized, multicultural teams, and cultivating large partnerships. I have identified challenges and designed leadership development, performance, management, talent, and technical capabilities for my teams. By introducing a shared institutional culture and values, I have brought accountability to teams across several countries. Additionally, I have facilitated strategic planning at the program and institutional levels for conservation and development NGOs. I am well-versed in fundraising, grant writing, and outreach to the media and the public. Overall, my diverse expertise and experience enable me to contribute significantly to any conservation organization's mission and objectives. |
