| Introduction | Nowadays, you usually hear the word "resilience" in the context of "climate change resilience", referring to the capacity of an community or an eco-system to adapt to the changes it experiences as a result of increasing greenhouse gas emissions and a warming planet. Climate change has an increasingly large impact on all of us and we will use the blog Washington County Resilient to discuss this topic. But we also will discuss how Washington County is and can be resilient to other challenges we face, from the economic challenges to changing demographics to the opioid crisis.
