| Introduction | The African travel bug hit me hard early on in my childhood. Growing up, I eagerly anticipated the monthly arrival of the NG magazines and would relish those with African content. I still treasures these to this day. An avid globe trotter, I trekked throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Canada and the U.S.A. but it wasn't until 2008 that I first set foot on African soil. I've since been back several times, having discovered my photographic inspiration and my need to call Africa home. After months of studying in the bush, I realized my dream of becoming a qualified safari guide. Every day at the "office" is a new experience which I've come to truly appreciate and relish. |
