| Introduction | Our hearts are in Astoria, Oregon, but we're currently knocking things out in the desert southwest. In 2010 we purchased a mostly-original 1950 brick rambler in Chandler, Arizona, just across from the historic San Marcos Golf course. We live here with our three children and our devil rescue cat, Bob (who is seriously evil and bites for fun). We have a penchant for old homes and all things mid-century. We don't love everything, just because it is something. But when we find "IT", we know immediately. We take the tired, the broken, the weary...add expert craftsmanship, quality parts and hardware...then we throw in a little functional flare...and create a one-of-a-kind treasure for you and your home.
