| Introduction | A veteran of twenty-some marathons, I am a fairly recent convert to the realm of ultra running, but I am hooked. I thoroughly enjoy getting "off-road" and onto mountain trails. To date, I can claim several 50K races, a couple of 50-milers, and a 70-miler. I've attempted two 100s, finishing the Massanutten Mountain Trails 100 in May of '08. My Holy Grail of ultra running is the Hardrock 100...someday! |
