Introduction	Justin is a native of Mississippi born with cerebral palsy, a neuro-muscular disability caused by complications at birth. He trusted Christ as his Savior and made a public profession of in April, 1987. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Agricultural Economics from Mississippi State University. He has been employed in post-secondary education for more than twelve years. His current position is Economics Instructor at Jefferson State Community College. Justin and Kelly, his wife of 5 years, are members of Valleydale Church, in Birmingham, Alabama, where they serve in a leadership role in their Life Connection Group. They reside in Moody, Alabama and are the proud parents of two children.
