Introduction	i took the path of life less traveled. i've overcome a lot and it has made me who i am. through my journeys i have realized that life is meant to be lived so .... i go until i can't go anymore and then i stop. whatever i do i pretty much give it my all. my motto is that life is meant to be lived, all out, not witnessed from the sidelines.
Interests	hanging with friends, family, sports, being outside and being active, swimming, biking, running, and nordic skiing. road races and triathlon.
Favorite music	love almost all music. it is a big part of my life.
Favorite books	non-fiction novels, a good autobiography, classics like emerson and hemingway.
