| Introduction | I am an elementary school teacher, wife, and a whimsical crafter. My love for handmade things started when I was very young. Growing up, I saw my Mom as one of the most talented women on Earth and still do to this day. She always made things by hand: crafts, wreaths, curtains, you name it! My Grandmother is also very creative, so I guess you could say it's in my blood. I started scrapbooking after my Mother-in-Law introduced me to the world of cardstock and adhesive. I remember seeing her albums when my hubby and I were dating and loved how her scrapbooks brought their family stories to life. After my husband and I returned from our honeymoon in 2005, I wanted to document every moment of our trip. From that point forward, I was hooked! About 3 years ago, I began dabbling in card making and altering home decor. Needless to say, that's when my love for creativity when to the next level. You could say my style is vintage, but that can change on a daily basis. Hehe. I have an obsession with birds, antiques, and anything that's whimsical. I hope that my creations on my blog and YouTube channel inspire you to create something filled with love and whimsy. :) |
