| Introduction | I have a true passion in all things health. It is part of what makes me a super nerd. I love researching and reading up on the very full subject. I received my degree from the University of Utah in Health Promotion and Education with a goal of helping to keep people healthy through education and lifestyle. I have spent countless hours volunteering through my community, various hospitals in the state and several well established groups to try to provide the general public with this needed information. I have now decided to take it to a more one-on-one approach and help individuals live healthy. |
